OBJECTIVES and KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage and consult inbound pre-set appointments to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Engage with prospects through calls, meetings, and follow-ups to build rapport and demonstrate value.
  • Conduct product presentations and provide detailed information on our services.
  • Negotiate and close high-ticket residential and commercial deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales progress within the CRM system.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development to enhance skills and performance.
  • Contribute to a high-energy, goal-oriented team environment focused on growth and success.


COMPETENCIES and REQUIREMENTS:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas.
  • (Preferred) 2+ years of sales experience.
  • Laptop or tablet for proposal presentations.
  • Comfortable with in-home presentations.
  • Must complete and pass our Bootcamp Training Program.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
