Requirements:
  • Minimum 7+ years of proven door-to-door experience
  • Reliable transportation (vehicle registered in your name)
  • Strong ability to self-generate quality, consistent appointments
  • Passion for training, developing, and motivating door-to-door personnel and teams  
  • Driven mindset and genuine desire to be in the field knocking doors (Lead from the Front)
  • Ambition for long-term career growth and leadership opportunities


Primary Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of appointment setters in targeted residential territories
  • Canvass alongside your team, generating leads and setting appointments
  • Attend and run weekly team meetings, field trainings, and leadership huddles
  • Coach reps on lead generation strategies including door-to-door, referrals, community events, and social platforms
  • Market Clark Energies’ value proposition and guide potential customers toward scheduled consultations
  • Educate homeowners on the financial, environmental, and long-term benefits of going solar

Compensation: $40.00 per hour
