Key Responsibilities:
  • Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to generate leads
  • Set qualified appointments for our Solar Consultants to conduct full presentations
  • Help homeowners lower their electricity bills and understand the benefits of solar energy
  • Represent Clark Energies professionally and respectfully in the field
  • Build trust and rapport with prospective clients
  • Leverage referrals and community outreach to expand your network
  • Attend weekly team trainings to stay sharp and improve your performance

What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly coachable, positive attitude, and driven to succeed
  • Comfortable working evenings and weekends (when homeowners are available)
  • Physically able to be on your feet for extended periods
  • Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus—but not required

Compensation: $1,500.00 - $2,200.00 per week
