As a Sales Representative, you will lead market expansion by providing strategic direction, fostering team growth, and upholding a high standard of excellence. This role leverages your strengths in mentoring top-performing sales teams, streamlining sales operations, and consistently achieving exceptional outcomes.
SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Establishing rapport and cultivating long-term client relationships by actively listening, asking insightful questions, and attentively addressing their needs.
- Proactively studying the company’s business model, calls, concepts, and strategic approaches to stay well-informed.
- Empowering clients with confidence after each conversation by clearly communicating the value of the product or service and educating them effectively.
- Converting leads into Deals
DAY TO DAY
- Attend in-home pre-scheduled consultations
- Attend self enhancement productivity meetings 2 times weekly
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- At least 1-2 years’ work experience in a sales specific role with a training, organizational development or content development focus
Compensation: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
