  • To become a District Manager at Clark Energies, candidates must complete a structured leadership and development track designed to accelerate readiness and results. This includes:
    • Completion of Bootcamp training
    • Proving and establishing comprehension of industry specific knowledge 
    • Roleplaying, mastering call control, and leading full sales meetings
    • Coaching and leading team meetings 
    • Analyzing team performance data
    • Consistently closing key deals
    • Creating and delivering effective trainings
    • Reviewing weekly KPI’s and implementing feedback
    • Duplicating yourself into two high-performing closers
    • Running morning meetings and taking ownership in the absence of senior leadership

Path to Promotion – District Manager Development Track
To earn promotion to District Manager, candidates must complete a structured leadership development track designed to build skill, confidence, and leadership capacity. This includes:

Key Responsibilities
District Solar Sales Managers are typically responsible for:
  • Team Leadership: Recruiting, training, and managing sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.  
  • Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing sales strategies tailored to specific markets.
  • Customer Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with marketing teams to align sales strategies and enhance brand visibility.  
  • Mastering call control, roleplaying, and running full sales meetings
  • Coaching and leading high-impact team meetings
  • Analyzing performance metrics and implementing strategy improvements
  • Consistently closing high-value deals
  • Creating and delivering engaging training sessions
  • Reviewing KPIs weekly and driving performance accountability
  • Running morning meetings and assuming leadership in times of absence
Compensation: $120,000.00 per year
