Position Summary:
As a Market Director, your core focus will be building high-performing teams that are aligned with our mission, culture, and revenue goals. You’ll take a hands-on role in training, mentoring, and leading by example in a high-velocity sales environment.
You’ll collaborate closely with Sales and HR to refine onboarding and performance strategies, using data-driven decision-making to create predictable success paths for your teams. This is a growth-centric role with tremendous upward mobility for those who exceed expectations.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of Direct Sales experience (must be field-tested and proven)
  • 5+ years of Solar Industry experience
  • Proven ability to self-generate appointments
  • Student mentality — coachable, hungry to grow
  • Personal commitment to excellence and consistency
  • Must be equipped with a laptop/tablet and cell phone
  • Comfortable conducting in-home sales presentations



Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead. Inspire. Grow.
  • Represent and promote the Clark Energies brand in your market
  • Lead local recruiting and training efforts
  • Train new reps on canvassing, appointment setting, and in-home consultations
  • Run weekly team meetings and performance reviews
  • Ensure team KPIs and goals are consistently met
  • Build a culture of performance, professionalism, and personal growth
Compensation: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
