FOCUSED CAREER ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITY
To be promoted to the Managerial Position, candidates must complete a structured development track designed to ensure readiness for leadership. This includes roleplays demonstrating objection handling, people building and full sales meetings; leading and coaching team calls; analyzing team performance data; and successfully closing key deals. Candidates will also be expected to create and lead a training and review consultations.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • STUDENT MENTALITY / COACHABILITY / MUST HAVE A HUNGER TO LEARN
  • MUST BE A COMMITTED INDIVIDUAL 
  • (MUST HAVE) Direct Sales Experience (1 year or more)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and hungry for success.
  • Must have the ambition to self generate appointments.
  • Cell Phone AND Laptop/Tablet for showing Proposals.
  • MUST be comfortable with In-home presentations.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct product presentations and provide detailed information on energy services.
  • Negotiate and close high-ticket deals with both individuals and businesses.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales progress within the CRM system.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development to enhance skills and performance.
  • Contribute to a high-energy, goal-oriented team environment focused on growth and success.
Compensation: $160,000.00 per year
